  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our community. We may consider refund requests at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.

  • Technical Issues: If there is a technical defect on our end that prevents you from accessing the content, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
